Farmer Street is a contemporary interpretation of Richmond’s varied context created in collaboration with MAArchitects. Consisting of 9 townhouses and studios, the project has been designed as 2 parts: 5 north facing townhouses with street access from Farmer Street and 4 hybrid lofts accessed from the lane at the rear.
Lately at Swan Street
Lots has happened behind the scenes since we last reported progress on our Swan Street apartments – this is just a snippet of what’s happening, beautifully framed by Melbourne local Dan Hocking.
Over the past few months Minicon Construction have excavated layer upon layer of tough Richmond basalt and the foundations are now in place. Works are progressing at a rapid rate as we are coming out of the ground and making headway. With MAArchitects keeping a close watch over progress the building will really start to take shape in the new year.
